Description:	The Assessing Performance Needs micro-credential focuses on the identification and application of steps, tools and strategies for conducting a performance needs assessment. By engaging in a variety of practice activities and scenarios, students identify business needs, uncover root performance concerns, use different assessment tools and techniques to conduct a gap analysis, assess potential solutions and recommend actions to resolve performance needs.
