This course will focus on management practices and leadership skills in retail organizations. This is an opportunity to discuss current trends and issues through guest speakers, case studies and readings. This course will also address the growing pressure on retailers to respond to environmental issues through their product offering and day-to-day retail operation. This course includes key concepts to help prepare students for Retail Council of Canada certification. |
